Rachel’s approach to fitness is not only about changing the body, but really changing the way you feel inside. She focuses more on the internal feeling & sense of accomplishment – rather than on the body, even though that of course follows when people commit to a healthier lifestyle.

I Am Rachel

A free soul, Rachel was born in New York City and spent her early childhood living with her mother in the infamous Chelsea Hotel. When Rachel was five, the pair moved to Miami Beach, Florida.

Cosmopolitan and street-savvy beyond her years, Rachel was every bit the city girl – mouthy, brazen, and confident. She grew up surrounded by artists and an alternative lifestyle in both New York and Miami which gave her an independent streak. That sense of being true to herself has defined Rachel’s every move.

Athletics have always been a core component of her life. Rachel has excelled in many different arenas in life. Sports, MTV, Barrys BootCamp etc.

After moving to New York City at 19 and living in Los Angeles for a few years, Rachel decided to come home to Miami and this is when Rachel found fitness. Hence Rachel-Fitness

You can find Rachel now living in Miami as a Master Instructor at Barrys Bootcamp. She prides herself on the life she has created for herself. Any day of the week in one of her 3 classes a day between Miami Beach & Midtown location you can workout #withher.

Rachel Fitness is a lifestyle – it’s a get it done, do it, move your body way of being. There are no excuses.

However, there is also a balance in life so Rachel always stresses recovery, relaxing, and fun. In workout, diet, and all aspects of life.

Rachel offers classes in Miami and selectively trains people privately.

Rachel incorporates hardcore bootcamp with transitional moves to get a well balanced and total body workout! Rachel also teaches classes which consist of a mix of strength training & cardio. Rachel designs & creates all her own workouts based on her years of experience of what really works for individuals ready to reach their personal goals.
